ALPHARETTA, GA, UNITED STATES, September 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Octave Holdings & Investments (Octave) today announced the appointment of John Sebring to its executive leadership team, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across capital projects, investment management, property operations, asset performance and strategic growth.

John brings decades of commercial real estate leadership experience to Octave, having spent his career building and leading property management and operational platforms serving sophisticated real estate owners and investors. His addition comes at an important stage in Octave’s evolution as the firm continues to expand its integrated approach to investment, ownership, operations and asset management.

John joins Octave following more than two decades with The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), where he most recently led the firm’s third-party property management platform. During his tenure, he was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Executive Management Committee. His experience spans property management, accounting, operations and real estate services, with a particular focus on developing scalable processes, strengthening operational performance and building high-performing teams.

John will also play a role in leveraging his extensive industry relationships and deep understanding of the needs of property owners and operators, to introduce Pyxis Labs, an AI forward real estate technology operating company to organizations that could benefit from its technology and services, creating additional opportunities for growth.
