Resilite Grows Gymnastics Business Unit, Adds Industry Leadership Role

Heather Stapf named to United States Gymnastics Suppliers Association Board of Directors as two more join the company

Heather Stapf has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the United States Gymnastics Suppliers Association (USGSA), and the company welcomed two hires: Heather Kikel as Gymnastics Account Manager and Sarah Rothermel as Sales and Customer Service Associate. With participation in gymnastics continuing to grow nationwide, Resilite is excited to deepen its investment in the sport and continue its mission to provide high-quality training and competition surfaces for gymnasts at every level.

Stapf, Director of Marketing, has been named to the Board of Directors of the USGSA and began her appointment on September 24, 2026. As the world’s largest association of gymnastics suppliers and manufacturers, USGSA member companies supply products and services across the gymnastics industry, and its board works to guide and develop the industry on behalf of gymnasts, clubs and the companies that serve them.

Resilite is also strengthening its gymnastics sales team, welcoming two new hires whose backgrounds bring fresh energy and expertise to the business.

Kikel brings a rare combination of athlete and operator experience to the role. A competitive gymnast from a young age, she was a Level 10 Regional and National competitor and the Level 10 Regional Vault Champion for Nittany Gymnastics in State College, Pa., before joining the Penn State Women’s Gymnastics team as a vault specialist. After a 12-year career spanning marketing, sales, and merchandising, Kikel returned to the sport in 2012 as part of the staff at Centre Elite Gymnastics (CEG) in State College, where she has served as Business Programs Manager and Group Fitness Manager, overseeing the gym’s finances, staffing, competition logistics, and more. She is a USA Gymnastics Certified Meet Director and, since 2020, has served the PA USA Gymnastics State Committee, currently as Assistant State Chairperson, Treasurer, and Co-Competition Coordinator.

Rothermel joins Resilite after years of building sales and customer relationships, including more than a decade helping oversee Abby’s Doggone Good Gourmet Cookies at the Bloomsburg Fair.
